• Consults with customers on process to determine challenges, requirements and efficiencies; with that information, create custom demo'd and templated solutions for the client

• Provides project and relationship management to large and small customers

• Collects feedback from service engagements to provide feedback to scoping services as well as Product Marketing and Development to enhance the platform

• Builds internal content from complex deliveries to elevate services organization skillsets

• Research specified corporations and securities, using defined procedures to provide data about each entity and its relationships for globally accessed solutions

• Monitor various market segments through external research and proprietary software for indicators suggesting updates to tracked securities, entities, or their relationships are necessary

• Responsible for maintaining data quality and standards by adhering to defined principles and procedures; increased data quality over time on new and existing data through data cleansing efforts
